Dr Shucheng Luo, whose PhD work has been deeply related to ProSFeT themes, has been awarded a doctorate degree at the University of Sheffield.

Shucheng completed two secondments to Stockholms Stad, in Sweden, and Softeco Sismat, in Italy, where he worked on practical decision-making problems arising in the field of urban logistics module and the development of modelling aspects and specifications for a Decision Support System for aiding Local Authorities in dealing with Urban Freight Transport problems.
